FIT WALK Training Regimens
Walk It Out America was designed originally to help those who may be struggling with health issues or weight issues to enter the world of walking/ running events! Now hundreds have experienced success in improving their health, a renewed confidence in how they look physically as well as increased muscular endurance. 1. Select a Program
