Job Title: Coach

Positions Available: Part-Time

Annual Pay: $55,000 - $85,000

Pay Structure: Commission, Bonuses/ Residuals

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 years experience in Fitness Industry (Preferred)

Certified Personal Trainer (Preferred)

Must have personal success story (fitness/health related)

Must be able to conduct Zoom Meetings and Organize Walks in the Park

Must have excellent communication skills

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Coach is responsible for:

1. Increasing membership

2. Connecting members with discounted health club memberships and/or trainers (when necessary)

3. Establishing ability groups and assigning members to the appropriate ability group

4. Welcoming guest and conducting weekend Comradery Walks

5. Monitoring weekly progress of assigned group and reporting to corporate offices
