Job Title: Call Center Reps

Positions Available: Part-Time/ Full Time

Pay: $18 per/hours

Pay Structure: Hourly

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 years Call Center Experience (Preferred)

Work From Home Position - Must have phone/computer/internet

Must be able to Organize Walks in the Park

Must have excellent communication skills

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Call Center Representative is responsible for:

1. Receiving calls and directing potential customers to membership

2. Connecting members with discounted health club memberships and/or trainers (when necessary)

3. Establishing ability groups and assigning members to the appropriate ability group

4. Welcoming guest and conducting weekend Comradery Walks

5. Monitoring weekly progress of assigned group and reporting to corporate offices
